Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 400g tinned chickpeas
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Pre heat oven 200 c fan/gas mark 7
- Drain chickpeas and rinse, place in large bowl
- Mash with a potato masher or fork
- Add the spices, garlic granules, tomato puree, lime juice, oilve oil and salt and pepper to taste
- Mix
- Shape into 4 patties, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for 20 minutes
